INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOTING ON THE L.V.C.A. ALL STATE TEAM
  
Below are the rules for voting. Please read them carefully. Any violation of the rules will VOID your ballot. It is highly recommended that the ballot be returned by certified mail, return receipt requested. Should a coach find an omission in the printed ballot, a correction will be made provided that the coach has the post office receipt of the nomination form being mailed in his/her possession dated on or before DECEMBER 14, 2007.
  
The rules for voting are as follows:
     1.  Only members of the L.V.C.A. may vote (limit two ballots per school).
     2.  Each member may send in only one ballot.
     3.  A coach may vote for members of his/her team.
     4.  Each ballot must be identified with the coach’s signature and his/her affiliation, either a school, organization or lifetime membership.
     5.  There will be twenty players selected to the LARGE SCHOOL TEAM and twenty players selected to the SMALL SCHOOL TEAM.
     6.  Each coach Must vote for TWO players in each division. (I, II, III, IV, V).  (VOTE for a total of 40 players)
     7.  Each coach will then select the remaining members at large. For the LARGE SCHOOL TEAM, Divisions I and II, you may select an additional             16 members. For the SMALL SCHOOL TEAM, Divisions III, IV, and V, you may select an additional 14 members.
     8.  Each coach may vote for on Coach of the Year in each division.  This is NOT mandatory.
     9.  Each coach may type in one name from the list of nominees for Player of the Year in the LARGE SCHOOL category, and one name for the Player of the Year from the list of nominees in the SMALL SCHOOL category.
    10. The completed ballot must be returned POSTMARKED on or BEFORE December 14th to:

Please check your ballot carefully. Make sure you check your entire ballot for all nominations. You MUST vote for 2 players in each division—total of 4 in LARGE SCHOOLS and a total of 6 in SMALL SCHOOLS. You may then vote for 16 additional players at large in the LARGE SCHOOL category and 14 additional players at large in the SMALL SCHOOL category. NO more than 20 players in each category can be selected. ANY discrepancies with the guidelines above and your ballot will be discarded.
